Terms and Conditions

By opening an account or placing a bet at Mino, you accept the following terms in full.

Eligibility

• You must be 19 or older (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• Employees of Mino, its affiliates and any related suppliers may not hold a player account.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for every action taken from your account. We may suspend an account pending verification if we detect unusual activity.

Deposits, wagering, withdrawals

• All deposits must be from a payment method held in your own name.
• Minimum deposit is C$20 (C$30 equivalent for crypto).
• Withdrawals are processed after KYC is complete. Payout timelines are published on the payments page.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Bonuses

• Each bonus has its own wagering, max bet, game contribution and expiry printed on the offer card.
• Bonus abuse (chip-dumping, low-risk betting, coordinated multi-account play) results in confiscation of bonus and winnings.
• Only one active welcome bonus per account.

Prohibited conduct

• Any attempt at fraud, identity misrepresentation or use of a stolen payment method.
• Collusion at live tables or in tournaments.
• Use of automated play, bots or scripts.

Termination

We may close an account at any time for breach of these terms. Any balance remaining that is not tied to a fraudulent or abusive act will be returned to you via the last verified payment method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. Disputes not resolved within 14 days can be escalated to the Curacao eGaming licensor.
