KYC and AML Policy
Mino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence and is required to identify every account holder, verify the source of funds where relevant, and monitor transactions for signs of money laundering or terrorist financing.
When we verify
- Before the first withdrawal.
- When a cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold is reached.
- Whenever a transaction pattern triggers a review under our AML rules.
What we ask for
- Identity: a clear colour photo of a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence or provincial ID card).
- Address: a utility bill, bank statement or government letter no older than three months, showing your name and current address.
- Payment method: a masked photo of the credit or debit card used, or a screenshot of the e-wallet / crypto address, confirming ownership.
- Source of funds: for larger deposits, we may request payslips, a bank statement or another supporting document.
How long it takes
Documents are reviewed within 12 hours in most cases. You receive an email either way. Rejected documents come back with a specific reason so you can re-submit without guessing.
Ongoing monitoring
Every transaction runs through automated rules that flag unusual patterns (rapid deposit/withdrawal loops, mismatched geolocation, disproportionate volume relative to declared profile). Flagged cases go to a human reviewer.
Refusals and closures
If verification cannot be completed, the account may be suspended or closed. Balances tied to unverified deposits are returned to the originating payment source. Balances tied to activity we cannot verify may be withheld pending further evidence.
